Position Summary As an LPN at our facility, you'll play a hands-on role in delivering care to a vulnerable population under the guidance of RNs and medical providers. Some responsibilities include:
Administering medications and treatments as ordered
Assisting with activities of daily living and therapeutic interventions
Taking vital signs and monitoring patient conditions
Providing wound care and changing dressings
Supporting documentation and care planning
Promoting hygiene, sanitation, and a safe environment for all patients
Serving as a vital part of a multidisciplinary treatment team

What You'll Need
Active unrestricted LPN license and 1-2 years of nursing experience (correctional experience preferred).
Active CPR certification.
Strong clinical and communication skills; adaptability in high-pressure settings.
A compassionate, nonjudgmental approach to patient care.
