Inpatient child psychiatrist needed
25-bed behavioral unit for children
50% of the behavioral health staff are child psychiatrists
Caseload is approximately 12 patients per day
Integrated with other BH care models
Physicians participate in a minimal call schedule (3 per year)
Optional academic position in addition to a clinical role
