• Saturday - Monday PM shifts, with weekday evening shifts from 4 pm onwards
• 100 - 120 patients per day
• 10 hours weekly -- 40 hours monthly
• 18 synchronous visits with additional asynchronous encounters
• Telemedicine position with virtual care focus
• 3 visits per hour with breaks between patients
• Adult patient population -- diabetes, heart health, and weight management
• Multi-state practice opportunity
