Position SummaryPhoenix Children’s has a very rare opening in our Neonatology Unit for a Nurse Care Coordinator. This position works closely with the NICU and our tiniest patients as they prepare for discharge, and to ensure they receive support care as the child transitions from the hospital to home with their families. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 - 5 years of NICU experience in a Trauma I hospital. This role will require outstanding multitasking skills to coordinate the ongoing care the babies need immediately following their time in the hospital.
