EM position at a 25-bed critical access hospital with a small ICU
Flexible shift schedule will average 12 shifts per month
12-hour shifts for a mix of days and nights; all nights are an option (if desired)
15k estimate annual patient volume
EM physicians, 2025 EM residents, and IM/FM physicians with EM experience
Competitive hourly rate for either employed with benefits or a 1099 independent contractor
Western North Dakota community has a 30k+ population and a strong and diverse economy
