This is an exciting opportunity to join the elite Lee Health Heart Institute as an Advanced Provider (PA) with our Cardiothoracic Surgery Team!
The right candidate will have experience working in an operating room setting in an advanced provider and/or certified first-assist role. Cardiothoracic Surgery experience is a must as this role may include endovascular vein harvesting, room and patient prep, line placement and other responsibilities specific to the operating room environment.
Scheduled procedures are Monday through Friday.Call Coverage including nights and weekends on rotation as part of a team.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified as a PA
- Active, unrestricted license in the State of Florida or the ability to obtain this license prior to hire
- BLS Certification
- Experience in Cardiothoracic surgery
