General Surgery Team, NP/PA
Are you a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner that is looking for a challenge and to be part of an innovative team? ChristianaCare is recruiting for a Surgical NP or PA to work within our Surgery Department at both hospital campuses in Wilmington and Newark. This is a full-time day position with a Monday - Friday schedule with a weekend requirement averaging every four or five. Call is required at once every ten days. Holiday on-call requirement is one holiday and one holiday weekend each year.The qualified candidate will provide care to surgical patients, as a member of the surgical service team, primarily functioning in the operative care of surgical patients as assigned, including positioning, draping, first or second assisting and postoperative order writing
