A well-established, privately owned, and highly stable local Hospitalist group in Macon, Georgia is seeking a board-certified internal medicine or family medicine physician to join their team as a day hospitalist. This is a 7 days on / 7 days off position, offering an ideal work-life balance in a physician-led, supportive environment. The group operates on a round-and-go model, with no night shifts, no codes, no rapid response duties, and no procedures required. The ICU is fully closed, and physicians benefit from 24/7 subspecialty support for seamless patient care.
The hospital uses Epic EMR, ensuring efficient and organized workflows. Candidates must be residency trained and possess excellent communication skills.
