4-day work week: 3 days 8 am - 5 pm, 1 day 8 am - 7 pm
100% outpatient practice with established patient base
Light call: only 2 - 3 calls per week with nurse triage support
No hospital rounding, C-sections or deliveries required
1 Saturday per month commitment
See 25-30 patients per day
Partnership track available with established practice
Weekly call rotation shared among providers
