SUMMARY: SUMMARY: The Clinical Analyst position on our Laboratory Informatics team will support laboratory workflows at NKC Health and external laboratory interfaces for ambulatory clinics. Requires in-depth knowledge of Oracle Health PathNet solutions (Specimen Management, General Lab, Blood Bank Transfusion, Microbiology, and Anatomic Pathology) including design and maintenance. Experience with Charge Services, Clinical Reporting, Medical Device Interfaces, Foreign System Interfaces, Discern Rules, and CCL is helpful.Ability to manage small Change Advisory Board and serve as Change Manager for assigned solutions ensuring change process is followed and documented. This position is a local hybrid position, with on-site and remote work opportunity. EXPERIENCE: Experience in blood bank, micro, or anatomic pathology build. Minimum 2 years experience with computer applications. Minimum of 2 years clinical experience specific to Clinical Analysts position. Experience in troubleshooting software and/or hardware. Knowledge of Cerner software applications preferred. SPECIAL SKILLS: Cerner Millennium; Software Tools MS Office Suite; Excellent interpersonal skills; self-directed; Ability to multi-task and problem solve. OTHER: Conflict Management/Negotiation skills, Quality Improvement Methodologies. Strong interpersonal communication skills, ability to speak effectively in groups and interact professionally in a variety of settings. On-call duties are shared on a weekly rotating schedule.This position does allow partial remote work after onboarding, with onsite duties for various testing, training, important meetings, and other events as needed.
