As the Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention. You will lead a cross-functional team to design innovative loyalty programs that drive customer engagement and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in loyalty program management, with a proven track record of creating successful programs that deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop and execute loyalty program strategies to increase customer retention and lifetime value

- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align loyalty initiatives with business objectives

- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify opportunities for program enhancements

- Monitor program performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize results

Requirements:
