Practice and deliver holistic primary care via a patient centric model. Collaborate with a robust team consisting of primary care Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers, Behavioral Health Specialists, Pharmacists, and more.Opportunity 100% Outpatient Opportunity Flexible Schedule: 4 day work week with flexible hours (8-4, 9-5, or 10-6) and only 28 patient contact hours!
