We are looking for an experienced Ambulatory Care Clinical Pharmacy Specialist to serve our ambulatory patients with an emphasis on Population Health. This pharmacist will work as a part of a team that includes two existing pharmacists as well as three pharmacy technicians. Perhaps the best part - this is a FULLY REMOTE position with the only geographical caveat being that you must live within the state of Indiana or be willing to relocate here.
