Carle Health is seeking an additional BE/BC Urologist to join our premier multi-specialty group at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana, Illinois.

Opportunity Details

• Join a collegial, turnkey practice with other BC Urologists and dedicated Advanced Practice Providers supporting hospital consults and outpatient clinic.
• Exceptional earning potential with excellent starting base salary and uncapped RVU bonuses
• Options for flexible scheduling
• True General Urology practice with emphasis on supporting a healthy work life balance
• Full breadth of Urology is available but not required 
• Ancillary support from on-site Urogynecology, Interventional Radiology, Nephrology, Hospitalists, and Intensivists. and two Da-Vinci XI robots (optional)
• Opportunity for academic and/or research affiliation with the Carle Illinois College of Medicine, the nation?s first medical school focused at the intersection of healthcare and engineering
• Call is 1:5 with responsibility to cover only one ER and hospital at primary location
• Newly expanded operating rooms at Carle Foundation Hospital, as well as access to our 23,000 square-foot ASC facility
• Carle Foundation Hospital is a 509-bed Level I Trauma Center with Level III Perinatal Services. Carle Foundation Hospital is recognized as one of the Best Hospitals in Illinois by U.S. News and Rankings and currently holds Magnet® Designation with Distinction
• Carle Health is a vertically integrated health system with a service area of over 3.2 million in the Central and Southern Illinois region

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $650,000 - $705,000. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate?s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
