Job Summary and ResponsibilitiesBaylor St. Luke's Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join our growing practice in Lake Jackson, TX. This opportunity is an excellent fit for both early-career physicians and experienced clinicians seeking a rewarding opportunity. We are looking for a physician who values autonomy, innovation, and the ability to make a meaningful, lasting impact on a close-knit community.
This physician will join our well-established Urology service line and practice in both inpatient and outpatient settings. We are seeking a candidate with a strong commitment to clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and collaborative teamwork. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and a desire to build strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and the broader community.
Position Highlights:
- State of the art office with in-suite cystoscopy and in-office urodynamics
- In-hospital cystoscopy suite and dedicated staff
- Access to interventional radiology onsite
- Manageable 1:4 call at two hospitals
- In-house referral system and large primary care referral base
- Epic EMR

Job Requirements- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
- Active and unrestricted TX license and DEA or ability to obtain prior to employment
- Strong commitment to patient care and satisfaction.
