Position Highlights:
- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages in a family medicine setting
- Conduct routine health maintenance visits, physical exams, and preventive screenings
- Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, COPD, and heart disease
- Diagnose and treat common acute illnesses within the scope of primary care
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and care coordinators to deliver team-based, patient-centered care
- Participate in quality improvement, care coordination, and population health initiatives
- Monday-Friday schedule, no nights or weekends required
Qualifications:
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in North Carolina (or eligible)
- Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program
- Experience in family medicine, internal medicine, or primary care preferred; new graduates with strong primary care clinical rotations are encouraged to apply
- BLS certification required (ACLS optional)
