This role is 100% outpatient and built for physicians who want meaningful, focused patient interactionswithout the traditional primary care inbox burden.

SSM Health Executive Health provides:
- Annual first responder physicals (serving >75% of fire departments and paramedics in the metro area)
- Immigration physicals (immigrants seeking their visa)
- Concierge-style executive health exams for C-suite leaders
How the schedule flows:
- First responders: crews scheduled in 3–4 hour blocks, including comprehensive testing, fitness evaluations, and physician consultation
- Executive concierge physicals: typically scheduled in 3-hour blocks
- Physicians alternate scheduled days between three offices during the week: SSM Health DePaul Hospital, SSM Health St. Clare Hospital – Fenton, and Wentzville
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform annual first responder physicals, including review of testing, fitness evaluation results, and physician consultation
- Conduct immigration physicals for immigrants seeking visa requirements
- Deliver concierge-style executive health exams for C-suite leaders with a high-touch, white glove experience
Qualifications:
- Board eligible/board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (or aligned training/experience)
- Required: Obtain CDL and Civil Servant certifications expenses reimbursed by the practice
