Summary:
North Carolina Children?s, a new children?s health system in North Carolina, will be the state?s only freestanding hospital dedicated solely to caring for kids.
Responsible for directing, organizing and controlling project activities, under the direction of a Project Manager or Director. This position spends 50% of time worked on managing projects. Works with project team members to gather and evaluate business
Responsibilities: 1. Assists Project Manager in developing a comprehensive workflow process for projects. Reviews project proposal and deliverables with Project Management and other related departments that will be involved to determine proper lead time. Support the buildout of new processes, tools, and integrations as the development program grows.
2. Maintains communication with project members to assure timely and efficient completion of jobs, proper communication of issues, and proper documentation of the entire process.
3. Monitors and modifies project schedule as assigned. Maintain document control, database management, track project activities, and team communication. Assists project team and team lead in strategic meetings and follow up with meeting notes.
4. Act as project lead, prepares and edits project-related presentations and charts. Coordinates meetings, including travel arrangements and expense reports. Assist with donor event registration, guest communication, collateral preparation, and on-site support.
5. Schedules project follow up meetings as needed. Develops and publishes communications to project shareholders. Develops and reviews project status and reports
6. Support best practices in data entry, coding, reporting, and donor record management in a new donor database (CRM).
7. Assist in the preparation of communications to donors and stakeholders, stewardship pieces, recognition, and other print and digital communications.

Other information: Education Requirements: ? Associate's degree in an appropriate discipline or equivalent combination of education, skills, and experience. Licensure/Certification Requirements: ? No licensure or certification required. Professional Experience Requirements: ? If Bachelors, 1 year of administrative/office support or 6 months of project related support. ? If an Associate's degree, three (3) years of experience providing project-related support. ? If a High School Diploma/GED, seven (7) years of experience providing project-related support.
