Mercy Clinic is seeking a BC/BE Interventional Cardiologist to join a busy, well-established practice located on the campus of Mercy Hospital South. This collaborative, team-based group includes six non-invasive cardiologists, two electrophysiologists, and five interventional cardiologists-representing some of the most highly trained specialists in the region.
Mercy Hospital South is recognized among the first hospitals in Missouri to achieve state certification as a Level One STEMI Center. The hospital has also earned the Joint Commission?s Gold Seal of Approval® for Advanced Certification in Heart Failure, as well as the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association?s Get With The Guidelines-Heart Failure Gold Plus Quality Achievement Award.
767-bed hospital and the third-largest medical center in the St. Louis metro area
Level II Trauma Center with approximately 85,000 annual ER visits
State-of-the-art cath labs and on-site CT surgery support
Established coronary, peripheral, and carotid programs
Comprehensive cardiac services: Echocardiography, treadmill and pharmacologic stress testing, advanced cardiac devices, Holter monitors, event recorders, and EKGs
Nuclear Medicine Cardiology services
