UCLA Health is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Urologist to join our growing practice in the South Bay region of Los Angeles. This role offers the opportunity to build a rewarding general urology practice focused on providing comprehensive, high-quality care across a broad range of conditions, allowing physicians to fully utilize their clinical skillset in an outpatient-centered environment. Designed for those who enjoy the depth and variety of general urology, this position emphasizes continuity of care, strong referral relationships, and meaningful patient connections within the community-supported by the resources of a leading academic health system.
Some of your clinical responsibilities include:
Provide comprehensive general urology care in an outpatient setting
Perform inpatient and outpatient urologic surgery related to common urologic diagnoses
Evaluate and manage common urologic conditions, including benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), kidney stones, urinary tract disorders, hematuria, incontinence, and male reproductive health
Perform in-office procedures such as cystoscopy, biopsies, and other minor urologic procedures
Interpret diagnostic imaging and laboratory studies
Collaborate with referring providers to support coordinated, longitudinal patient care
Participate in shared call coverage, as applicable
Qualifications

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
Active California medical license (or eligible)
DEA license (or eligible)

The University of California, Los Angeles is required to provide an estimate of the salary range for this role. This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Salary offers are determined based on candidate qualifications and experience. The target salary range for this position is $300,000.00-$400,000.00 annual base salary. Productivity models, Quality Incentives, and additional income channels will be determined per the direction of the Medical Director.
