Memorial Healthcare System is seeking a nationally recognized, board-certified adult cardiac transplant physician to serve as Medical Director of Advanced Heart Failure/Transplant within the Memorial Cardiac and Vascular Institute (MCVI). This is an exceptional opportunity to join a well-established and rapidly growing heart transplant program in South Florida that performs more than 40 adult heart transplants annually.
Ideal candidates will have fellowship training and/or a minimum of five years of extensive clinical experience in advanced heart failure and medical adult heart transplantation, mechanical circulatory support (MCS), and extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO). The selected physician will lead and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of 5 Advanced Heart Failure physicians and 10 Advanced Practice Providers, contributing to the continued expansion and excellence of MCVI?s nationally recognized heart failure and transplant program.
