Analyst-Information Services Business Senior

Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Information Services leadership team in the role of Analyst-Information Services Business Senior. This is a Direct Hire with Onsite Requirements as needed at the Gateway location.
Scope:
- Acts as a liaison between IT and business units for the development, implementation and support of new systems and enhancement under minimal guidance.
- Actively leads and facilitates the gathering of customer needs and objectives to evaluate new applications or enhance existing applications.
- Self-directs oneself to document and test systems requirements and solve complex problems and develop innovative solutions working collaboratively with the development team.
- Prepares communications and makes presentations on solution alternatives and system enhancements.
- Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.

Candidate Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
5-7 years of experience required.
Requires experience in various business areas and applications (package and custom).
Requires Experience implementing or supporting applications (ERP, HR payroll, finance).
Requires experience with MS Office (PowerPoint, Vizio, Word).
Requires experience facilitating/ leading requirement gathering sessions.
Requires experience with process modeling requirements and test plans.
