- $12.500 Sign on Bonus/ $3000 relocation for eligible candidates
- Only external hires are eligible for Sign On Bonuses.
- AdventHealth In-House and Facility Transfers are NOT eligible for Sign on Bonuses.
- 12 Month contract required.
- Must be hired into a full-time position.
- Rehires that are less than 12 months from separation date are NOT eligible.
- Assesses and diagnoses patient and family need to provide quality care.
- Develops and communicates a plan of care for each patient in collaboration with the patient, family, and significant others. Implements medical plans of care, nursing interventions, and procedures using necessary skills and judgment.
- Evaluates identified problems, care provided, and patient responses to ensure overall quality of care.
- Maintains up-to-date and accurate documentation of nursing care provided. Pursues professional growth and development, maintaining current knowledge, certification, and licensure per hospital policy.

Education:
• Associate's of Nursing [Required]
• Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]
Work Experience:
• 1+ years related experience [Preferred]
Licenses and Certifications:
• Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) [Preferred]
• Advanced Burn Life Support (ABLS) [Preferred]
• Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) [Preferred]
• Hip and Knee Replacement (HKR) [Preferred]
Pay Range:
