Job Description:

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Conducts audits to ensure compliance with hospital governing agencies. Reviews patient charts to verify accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards.

• Collects and analyzes data to monitor compliance and identify areas for improvement. Synthesizes multiple data elements to establish and implement effective processes.

• Leads and participates in planning and delivery of process improvement plans. Communicates findings and recommendations to interdisciplinary teams.

• Engages in continuous evaluation of process improvement initiatives. Develops action plans based on data collection and analysis.

• Educates stakeholders on compliance requirements and improvement strategies. Validates the effectiveness of implemented action plans.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Associate of Science degree in Nursing

• Current State of Florida or Multistate licensure as a Registered Nurse

• One (1) year or more of RN experience within an Emergency Department

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification

• Current Pediatric Advanced Lie Support (PALS) certification
